Always return to this hotel. Remembered me from first stay, helped with sim cards. Has everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, airport shuttle, TV, lift. Perfect for business trips. No regrets.

The fully equipped kitchenette was a game-changer for me. I loved being able to prepare my own meals using the refrigerator, kitchenware, and electric kettle. It made the stay much more convenient and budget-friendly as a young holiday goer.
Personally, I found the carpeted floor in the double room a bit outdated. However, I understand that some guests may find it cozy and comfortable.

My stay at Raffaello was exactly what I was hoping for. The hotel's location, right next to the subway, was a big plus. Even though I traveled for work, I managed to see some great monuments because of its convenient location. The staff was amazing - always helpful and smiling, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing, no complaints at all. 😊

The kitchenette was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals without any hassle. As a family with two small kids, this was a huge advantage for us. The private bathroom had a bath and a hairdryer, providing convenience for our family during our stay. The spacious suite with a living room, separate bedroom, and bathroom offered great space for us to relax and enjoy our time together. The apartment had a flat-screen TV and heating, making it cozy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The double room had a balcony, which added a nice touch and made our stay more enjoyable.
Personally, I found the carpeted floor in the double room not very appealing, but others might still appreciate it.

During my recent trip, I had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. I was impressed by the hotel's beautiful design and cleanliness. The staff members were exceptional in their service, always with a smile and happy to assist with any requests. A special shoutout to Lisa at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She even took the time to explain the trickiness of opening the door, which was greatly appreciated. The location of this hotel was also a major plus, with the subway station conveniently located nearby. This allowed me to easily explore the city and visit some of the magnificent monuments.
I had heard some negative reviews about this hotel, but fortunately, my experience was completely opposite. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff provided clear instructions on how to proceed if arriving late.

I stayed at Hotel Raffaello for an international school meeting and it was a great choice. The central location and proximity to public transport made exploring the city easy. The staff, especially Nuri and Lisa, were friendly and helpful, providing great tips on where to go and what to see. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with reliable heating and hot water. I had a pleasant and comfortable experience during my stay.
I do recommend this hotel.
